Priority is given to a person who is a Senior and a Retiree (formerly having met the definition of a Whistler employee for at least 5 years) for the first 30 days of this resale. All seniors are encouraged to submit interest.

The WHA Purchase Waitlist members and Mature Action Committee are being invited to express interest in purchasing this senior's restricted home, and the top applicants will have the opportunity to view the unit.

Only purchase applicants who have submitted a Notice of Intent to Purchase by the deadline may submit a written offer and enter into a Contract of Purchase and Sale with a written offer no later than 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 electronically, as co-ordinated by the WHA's Representative (Gord Low). A deposit in the amount of 5% of the agreed upon purchase price will be required at the time of acceptance of the offer.
