Presented by Amelie Lavoi, a professional dancer born and raised in Vancouver & founder of Align Whistler.
Dancing is an activity that provides joy, movement & social interaction. It is a great way to connect through music & movement offering benefits that include balance, gentle cardio, a boost to mental health & promoting connection. Amelie will talk about dance for seniors and lead us in a short line dancing class.
