Spruce Grove events are scheduled for July 15, 29, 31, and August 5, 7 and 19th.
Easy conversational walk on July 29 at 1:00 p.m. Meet at the entrance to Meadow Park Sports Centre. Following we will return to Spruce Grove for our coffee drop in.
You can also just join us from 2:30 to 4:30 PM for coffee, snacks, games & conversation!
