Please join us for one of our biggest social events of the year – the Summer BBQ at the Whistler Racket Club.

Theme is “Elbows Up” so dress proudly in your best Canadian gear and you might even win a prize!

This evening features socializing of course, live music and dancing to the Apres Trio as well as fun activities (pickleball etc.) and a fabulous BBQ:

Timeline:

Welcome drink on check-in at the Entrance.
4:00 – 6:00 PM Activities, Socializing.
5:00 – 8:00 PM Live Music, Partying!  Door Prize Draw.

Dinner:

4:00 – 5:00 PM Appetizers
5:00 – 7:00 PM Dinner (salads, beef and veggie burgers)
6:00 – 8:00 PM Dessert
