Community Cardiac Rehab program at Meadow Park Sports Centre

A community Cardiac rehab program, for those living with or at risk for chronic diseases. Lead by Kinesiologist and Clinical exercise physiologist: Sara Niblock

Monday and Wednesday 2:30-3:30 PM

Sept 18^th à Oct 25^th, no class on Oct 9^th.

Cost $165 resident rate

Need physician clearance for participation in course.
